Our Commitment During COVID-19 and Forever More
I hope you and the ones you love are safe and healthy during this time.
I'm just writing to let you know that me and the Ivy's Tea Co. team are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team, partners, and you.
As you can imagine, the past few weeks have been extremely busy for us with the release of Breathe and just a general demand for wellness teas.
We're doing our best to maintain our shipping standards. We typically ship on Saturday mornings, but have been making shipping drops on other days to keep up with the demand.
Right now, we're still accepting online orders and are able to ship per usual, so that's what we'll do. If anything changes, I'll email you.
I want to thank you for your continued support during this difficult time. Many small businesses are likely to be affected in the coming months and we appreciate your support.
What's really important, though, is our individual community (ultimately the collective community). So, please check on your family and friends, those working from home, those laid off (😥), parents who are "homeschooling" their children, old folx, etc.
You know Ivy's Tea Co. is all about community, using tea to bring us together, but right now, it's hard to do that. However, we can make it through this.
On behalf of the Ivy's Tea Co. squad, myself, and my family, we thank you for your business and support of Ivy's Tea Co.
Please note that at this time, we've greatly limited our contact with crowds/busy spaces, like the post office. We're currently shipping only once a week. Please allow 15 to 21 business days for your order to be shipped.
The USPS is also experiencing delays due to an influx of packages and limited staff. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing wellness blends that satisfy true needs (not just wants), like a restock of Breathe and our blend for heavy menstrual periods.
Sending you love & light,
Shanae
