1. How do you ship orders?
We ship orders via USPS.
Our shipping options for USPS are:- First Class Mail
- Priority Mail
- Priority Mail Express

2. Can I track my order while it's in transit?
Yes.
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking number either by email or text (if you've signed up to get SMS messages from us).
We also send text messages when your order is scanned by a mail carrier, is out for delivery and has been successfully delivered, if you've signed up for text message correspondence from us at checkout.
Didn't get it? No biggie. Email us: orders@drinkflyest.com.
You can also sign up for the Shop app to track packages from Shopify stores, like ours. Or you can use other third-party apps, like AfterShip, to track every package you purchase based on your email address. We love AfterShip!

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, you may not. You may use only one discount code at a time. If you are using the H&M discount code, you will not be able to use any others at checkout.

4. I did not receive my package. What can you do?
Please give it at least 2 days for your package to show up. There are instances in which your package will be marked delivered but show up a day or two later. This is out of our control and we have to wait for the carrier to deliver the package.
Email us directly at orders@drinkflyest.com and we can take care of it.
Please note that we do not refund, re-ship or replace TRVPCHNV™ or other orders shipped via USPS with Signature Confirmation.
When placing your order, please make sure that you are available to sign for your package to ensure its receipt.
Once packages are signed for, we must consider them delivered as this is our only means of verifying delivery.

5. Can pregnant women drink Flyest teas?
We don't really encourage any pregnant women to drink herbal teas, but there are some herbs that are safe during pregnancy. Always talk with your doctor before drinking any herbal teas.

6. Are your products organic?
Most times, yes.
We prioritize sourcing ingredients from small/minority/woman-owned farms and most of the time the ingredients are organic.

7. Can children use your products?
Yes. Take precautions and watch your child when handling hot beverages.
Honey should not be given to children under 1 year of age.

8. Do teas expire?
You should drink your teas within one year.
After one year, they will be less flavorful.

9. Are there any additives in your products?
Some of our products feature natural flavors or extracts.
Natural flavors are safe flavors made from real ingredients to enhance the flavor and fragrance in some of our teas and honey. The extracts are careful extractions of rinds or roots made from alcohol, water and oil or glycerin.
We include a very small percentage of natural flavors or extracts in products, typically between 3% and 5% of the product includes any natural flavor or extract.
